This is exactly what I was looking for. I had a smudge on my lens and the same annoying dot was in all my pictures, this fixed it!!

Make sure you sweep the red dot over what you want covered. I tried just clicking it a few times and it doesnt work like that…I thought the app was messed up, but its not. Works great, just remember to move the little red dot and it will work.
